Oceano Fresco's Biomarine Center was officially inaugurated by the Minister of the Sea

Nazareth, April 13, 2021 . Oceano Fresco's Biomarine Center was officially inaugurated by the Minister of the Sea, Ricardo Serrão Santos, Teresa Coelho, Secretary of State for Fisheries and by the Mayor of Nazaré, Walter Chicharro.

Oceano Fresco's mission is to contribute to more sustainable food production, producing healthy, tasty and sustainable clams, starting in our shellfish maternity and R&D laboratories, and ending in our open sea nursery in the Algarve. We could not have come this far and continue to grow without the support of the Ministry of the Sea, the Government of Portugal, Docapesca, the Municipality of Nazaré and many other organisations.
